​​1.  Organize your reels, tapes, discs, and photos, then go to the Order page to place your order.  We'll be in touch right away to walk through the next steps with you.

2.  Pack and ship your media, using any shipping method you prefer, by securely packaging in a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transit. Or, inquire about local pickup/delivery in the Chicago area!

3.  Once we digitize your media, we will transfer the files to you via a Dropbox or Google Drive link, and/or physically on a USB drive, depending on your preference. We will ship your original media back to you promptly after the transfer is complete.
